Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement technical designs for PeopleSoft HCM applications and third-party integrations.
- Unit test system changes; identify and resolve issues.
- Document configurations and participate in technical walkthroughs.
- Assist in system test plans, test cases, and test scripts preparation.
- Correct errors, retest programs, and validate expected outcomes.
- Develop software testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, requirements validation, and code deployments.
- Ensure code meets standards of security, scalability, accessibility, and performance.
- Perform systems analysis and software maintenance tasks.
- Conduct trial runs to verify correct software function and outputs.

Required Skills:

- PeopleSoft HCM Expertise: HRMS, Payroll, Advantages, Talent Management, Recruiting.




- Business Analysis: Requirement gathering and process analysis.
- Configuration & Customization: Experience configuring PeopleSoft HCM modules.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving during system tests.
- Communication: Effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage implementation and enhancement projects.

Required Experience:

- 4–10 years in PeopleSoft HCM in a functional/consultant role.
- Experience in at least one core HCM module (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Talent).
- Familiarity with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and related technologies is a plus.
