Key Responsibilities:

- Vehicle-Level Testing:
- Conduct range, energy consumption, throttle/speed/thermal mapping, software & UI/UX verification, and overall performance testing for EVs.
- Powertrain & System Integration:
- Lead testing of HV & LV systems, including powertrain, BMS, and motor controller integration.
- Pre-Homologation & Certification:
- Plan, execute, and support homologation testing (ARAI/VRDE); ensure regulatory compliance.
- Data Acquisition & Analysis:
- Utilize tools such as VBOX Racelogic, INFLUX Rexgen, CAN Loggers, Vector CANoe for data logging and diagnostics. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document results.
- Feature Verification & FOTA:
- Support benchmarking, integration testing, FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) updates, and issue resolution for recent product features.
- Test Coordination:




- Draft SOWs and SORs; collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline testing workflows and resolve issues efficiently.
- Equipment Management:
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of test tools, instruments, and setups per industry standards.
