Your Role

- Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and soak tests for the NDB platform.
- Conduct system-level testing across distributed components to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts for large-scale, distributed systems.
- Identify and simulate real-world traffic patterns and workloads to test system limits.
- Evaluate CPU, memory, network I/O, disk throughput, connection handling , and overall system responsiveness under load.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to optimize application and system performance.
- Set up and maintain performance testing environments and test data at scale.
- Develop and maintain reusable, parameterized test scripts using JMeter, Gatling, or Locust .
- Integrate performance tests with Prometheus/Grafana stack for real-time monitoring and historical trend analysis.
- Continuously monitor CI/CD pipelines for performance regressions.
- Document test results, KPIs, and suggest actionable improvements.
