Your Role
- Deliver high-quality enterprise virtualization training courses to technical audiences both virtually and in office.
- Collaborate with team members to review, enhance, and adapt training materials for effective delivery to diverse learners.
- Provide continuous feedback on course material and training effectiveness to improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing learning about virtualization technologies and cloud services to stay updated and enhance training relevance.
- Travel to customer locations for in-person training sessions, accommodating non-standard hours as necessary.
- Foster a positive team culture by assisting fellow instructors and exchanging best practices.
- Adapt training delivery based on customer feedback and evolving industry trends.
- Achieve a customer satisfaction score that meets or exceeds established benchmarks within the first year.
