- Develop and modify cementitious mortar products for refurbishment and building finishing
- Coordinate product development activities with technology, QC, production, and sales teams
- Set up formulations for toll manufacturing and ensure ecological safety of raw materials and products
- Maintain detailed technical records and provide training and supervision to technicians
Role Responsibilities
- Perform chemical and physical tests for formulations and raw materials evaluation
- Plan product development projects aligned with market needs and RD Head guidance
- Support recent/alternate vendor development for quality and cost improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies on confidentiality and safety
