About the Role
As a Lead Engineer in Memory Layout Design, you'll play a pivotal role in developing SRAM/ROM memory circuits, working with our global engineering teams to ensure top-quality product designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality layouts for SRAM Memory IPs
- Perform critical layout checks (LVS, DRC, DFM, EMIR)
- Review layouts and support layout teams
- Prepare and validate design kits
- Automate layouts and develop supportive scripts
- Innovate and improve productivity within the team
- Sign off and release IP validation test chips
- Document specifications and support silicon bring-up and characterization
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (8+ years experience) or Master's degree (6+ years) in Semiconductors/Microelectronics/VLSI Engineering
- Hands-on expertise in Memory and Custom Mixed-Signal layouts
- Proficiency in SRAM layouts, Testchip integration, and EDA tools (Synopsys, Mentor, Cadence)
- Robust understanding of fabrication steps, layout effects, and analog mixed-signal design concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced technology nodes (45nm and below)
- Programming knowledge for design automation
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
