Join our Program Phoenix, a multi-year initiative to build a real-time enterprise on S/4 HANA, Teamcenter PLM, and MS-Dynamics CRM. As a Teamcenter Developer, you'll drive the design, development, and integration of our PLM systems within the I2P (Idea to Product) value stream, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in e2e process build, integration, and testing for the I2P value stream.
- Provide technical guidance for developing and deploying Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
- Design, develop, and sustain Teamcenter environments, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate on data conversion, integration design, and issue resolution.
- Execute proof-of-concept (POC) use cases to refine Teamcenter solutions.

Technical Skills

- 8-10 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Teamcenter development and implementation (Teamcenter 14.x).
- Expertise in Teamcenter product architecture, T4EA/T4S/T4O frameworks, BOM, and Change Management.




- Proficiency in C/C++, ITK & SOA, BMIDE, Java, HTML, XML, and Webservices.
- Knowledge of Active Workspace configuration and declarative programming.
- Experience with data migration, validation, and integration of PLM with ERP, CRM, and MES systems.

Other Skills

- Teamcenter environment setup with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR).
- Workflow, Access Manager, and Classification management.
- Robust scripting skills for automation and system optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to the Hi-Tech industry.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud infrastructure and 2-tier/4-tier Web environments.
