Required qualifications:

- Experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or construction administration.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and MEP plans.
- Experience performing construction quantity takeoffs.
- Ability to develop bills of materials and conceptual construction estimates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Primary responsibilities:

- Prepare bills of materials for framing, siding, roofing, insulation, drywall, finishes, and other construction scopes.
- Perform quantity takeoffs for square footage, linear footage, material counts, and equipment needs.
- Develop conceptual estimates from preliminary plans, project descriptions, and historical pricing.
- Request vendor pricing and subcontractor bids.




- Maintain estimating spreadsheets, pricing databases, and material cost information.
- Organize construction plans, specifications, proposals, and project files.
- Track estimating deadlines, project updates, and outstanding information requests.
- Coordinate with sales, design, engineering, purchasing, and project management.
- Draft proposals, prepare project summaries, and assist with administrative tasks.

Preferred experience:

- Residential construction, modular construction, or panelized building systems.
- Cold-formed steel framing and associated material takeoffs.
- Estimating or takeoff software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or STACK.

Pay: ₹1,336.84 - ₹1,718.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
