Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and qualify welding procedures (WPS/PQR) in accordance with codes such as ASME, AWS, and ISO, ensuring suitability for heavy fabrication structures and pressure components.

Oversee welding operations on the shop floor, ensuring proper joint preparation, fit-up, preheating, interpass control, and adherence to approved fabrication drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and production teams to resolve welding-related issues, optimize fabrication processes, and ensure timely project execution.

Implement and monitor quality control measures, including NDT (RT, UT, MT, PT), weld inspections, and documentation to meet client and regulatory requirements.

Train and qualify welders and operators, monitor their performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in heavy fabrication environments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
