Salary : 30000-35000 / month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, support reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and other accounting transactions.
- Prepare bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up as required.
- Assist with GST, TDS, Income tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers when required.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Solid numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries.
- Timely completion of reconciliations and financial reports.
- Compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
- Effective management of receivables and payables.
- Proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.
