We are looking for an accomplished Technical Project Manager to join our development team. As a senior resource, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development process, ensuring code quality, and achieving project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications across various technology stacks, including MERN, React.JS/Node.JS with Next.js and RTK.
- Plan and strategize project timelines and work progress to meet delivery deadlines and milestones effectively.
- Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver current features.




- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in software development and team management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Experience building complex and scalable web applications using MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, Next.js, RTK, and NodeJS.
- Excellent understanding of Agile software development methodologies and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
