- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Credit Card, Insurance Sales, or related financial sales.
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Ability to generate leads and acquire new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Promote and sell banking/financial products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain daily sales and customer records.
