This is a Remote Position.

We are a wayfinding design company seeking an experienced BIM Architect with a robust visual sense of design to work with our team on signage, wayfinding, and spatial graphics projects.

A high level of Proficiency and Proven Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Rendering Software and Sketchup is a requirement.

An understanding of Abode InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is also required.

A technical proficiency test will be sent to candidates that are shortlisted.

Day-to-day responsibilities

- Staying ahead of trends and learning how to incorporate them into our design work.
- Understanding of the project brief, context, market, user needs as well as project limitations.
- Working with the project manager to establish appropriate creative directions and participating in team brainstorming and idea generation sessions.
- Design research, benchmarking and analysis.
- Design strategy development.
- Design concept development.
- Generating original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive.
- Working with team members to develop the concepts and visuals.
- Working with the team to establish new skills and insights.
- Coordinating projects include correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Document and data management.
- Being a team player.

Minimum qualifications

- A degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Language: Impeccable English, an extra language is welcome.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
- Computer literacy: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, AutoCAD, or 3D animation software is welcome.

Must submit a portfolio.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
