Physiotherapist – Ayurvedic Clinic
Location: Parasnath Speciality Clinic, Kalyan West, Maharashtra

Reporting To: Clinic Head / Ayurvedic Physician
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified, patient-focused and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our Ayurvedic clinic in Kalyan West.
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients, providing appropriate physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatments, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients on exercises and lifestyle modifications.
The candidate will work closely with our Ayurvedic physicians and therapy team to provide an integrated approach to patient care, particularly for patients suffering from musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, back/neck problems, sports injuries, post-operative conditions and mobility-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments of patients, including pain, mobility, strength, posture and functional limitations.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans based on the patient's condition and treatment goals.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments including:
- Therapeutic exercises
- Manual therapy
- Stretching and strengthening
- Mobility and flexibility exercises
- Postural correction
- Electrotherapy, where appropriate
- Pain-management and rehabilitation techniques
- Educate patients regarding home exercises, posture, ergonomics, lifestyle modification and injury prevention.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and progress notes.
- Coordinate with the Ayurvedic doctor/therapist to integrate physiotherapy with the patient's overall treatment plan.
- Identify cases requiring medical review, further investigation or referral and appropriately communicate with the supervising physician.
- Ensure proper and protected use of physiotherapy equipment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, professionalism and patient confidentiality.
- Build strong relationships with patients and ensure a positive treatment experience.
- Encourage patients to follow their prescribed treatment and rehabilitation programs.
- Participate in patient awareness camps, workshops and clinic health initiatives when required.
- Contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the clinic through excellent patient care and professional conduct.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- BPT / Bachelor of Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Good knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-centric and empathetic approach.
- Good clinical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Ayurvedic doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Preferred:
- 1–3 years of experience in a physiotherapy clinic/hospital.
- Experience in Orthopaedic / Musculoskeletal / Sports / Geriatric rehabilitation.
- MPT or relevant specialization will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong internship experience and good clinical skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
