About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to strengthen our Design & Product Development. The role involves researching global fashion trends, developing new embroidery and lace designs, embroidered fabrics design, creating cutting-edge garments with them, and coordinating sampling from concept to final approval.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, excellent internet research skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools for faster and smarter fashion development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Research & Trend Forecasting

- Research latest Indian and international fashion trends around our products.
- Study new developments in laces, embroidered fabrics, trims, and garment styling.
- Analyze competitor collections and market trends.
- Build seasonal mood boards and inspiration libraries.

2. Product & Design Development

- Develop new lace, embroidered fabric, border, patch, and garment concepts.
- Create fresh design ideas based on market demand and fashion forecasts.
- Suggest new colour combinations, placements, and fabric applications.
- Coordinate with the embroidery design and production teams for design execution.

3. Sampling Coordination

- Plan and monitor sample development.
- Follow up with production teams to ensure timely sample completion.
- Review samples and recommend improvements before final approval.
- Maintain records of all developed samples and collections.

4. AI & Digital Design

- Use AI tools to generate design concepts, mood boards, garment visualizations,



and trend ideas.
- Maintain organized digital design folders and references.

5. Market & Customer Support

- Support the sales team with new collections and product presentations.
- Develop collections based on customer feedback and market requirements.
- Assist in preparing exhibition and catalogue collections.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of fashion trends and garment aesthetics.
- Strong internet research and trend analysis skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent colour and design sense.
- Basic knowledge of embroidery, laces, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.
- Interest in using AI tools for fashion design and product development.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in fashion design, embroidery, lace, textile, or garment industry preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional creativity and strong software skills may also apply.
