Role Overview

You will play a key role in supporting consultants and client teams in delivering customer engagement, CRM, and loyalty initiatives. You will be responsible for data analysis, campaign execution, reporting, and insight generation, while learning to translate these into actionable recommendations for business growth. This role offers exposure to end-to-end marketing consulting and is a stepping stone to becoming a Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Consultants in client engagements, ensuring smooth delivery of projects.
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Assist in developing CRM and loyalty program strategies.
- Execute and track multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, digital, in-store).
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Collaborate with analytics, technology, and creative teams for integrated solutions.
- Stay updated on marketing, CRM, and loyalty industry trends.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM,



loyalty, or campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, WebEngage, etc.) preferred.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
