Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage large-scale building construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate should have successfully handled at least 2–3 large building projects and possess strong expertise in project execution, planning, cost control, quality and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete project execution from commencement to completion.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, manpower and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate Project Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors and Subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and MEP teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per approved schedule.
- Control project costs, material consumption and resource utilization.
- Ensure construction quality as per approved drawings, specifications and standards.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Resolve technical, commercial and site-related issues effectively.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning,



snag rectification and final project handover.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

- 10–12 years of relevant experience in large building construction projects.
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in 2–3 large building projects.
- Experience handling projects in the ₹100–150 Crore range preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare, Residential, Commercial or Industrial projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction planning, execution, quality and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, team management and client coordination skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates with proven project completion experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience: 10–12 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. – Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Project Types: Healthcare, Residential, Commercial & Industrial Projects
Project Value: ₹100–150 Crores
