Job Description

Purpose of the Role

1. Creation of process routing for new products and change in design for the existing products

2. Development of fixtures / facilities required for assembly

3. Standardisation of assembly process through Creation of SOP and Work instruction

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Assembly Process Routing Creation for Customisation C Numbers & Current product C Numbers

- Assembly Process Routing Creation for E Numbers

- ECO Creation and Assembly process change for cycle time Reduction Activity

- Creation of facilities for Turning Center and Machining Center Assembly .

- Identify fixtures requirement for the NPD Assembly and development of fixtures for NPD Assembly





- OSP Routing Creation and Followup with SCM For Assembly Fixturers

- Fabrication of Special Trolleys and Work Tables for Assembly Work Station

- Collect data and do elemental analysis to identify the bottle neck operations for cycle time reduction

- Assembly process Code and Standardisation of Process for all Product Variants

- Creation of SOP and work instruction for assembly process.
