Role Objective
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced HR professional to lead and strengthen workforce planning, and HR operations across production, retail, and corporate teams.
This role requires someone who can build and improve HR processes, implement workforce forecasting strategies, and bring structure, speed, and quality into the company’s people operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in factory manpower planning, blue-collar and white-collar hiring, HR process restructuring,
and stakeholder coordination while maintaining a hands-on execution-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll, Attendance & HRMIS
Manage end-to-end payroll processes by coordinating monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and salary-related records. Maintain accurate employee information in the HRMIS and ensure employee records, documentation, and HR data are updated and properly maintained.
2. Statutory Compliance & Factory HR
Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory requirements. Handle day-to-day factory HR activities, including employee attendance, workforce coordination, discipline, employee relations, grievances, and coordination with factory management.
3. Employee Lifecycle & Performance Management
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, performance appraisal processes, and exit formalities. Support managers in addressing employee concerns and maintaining effective employee relations.
4. HR Policies, Manpower Planning & Employee Engagement
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and processes. Support manpower planning based on business requirements and workforce needs. Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives that contribute to a positive, productive, and professional workplace culture.

HR Reporting, Analytics & Process Improvement
Prepare and maintain regular HR reports covering headcount, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll, attrition, vacancies, and other workforce-related metrics. Analyze HR data to identify gaps and improve processes, while coordinating closely with Finance, Factory, Retail, and Management teams to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

- Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR operations
- Strong understanding of workforce forecasting and HR process optimization
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight timelines
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong execution mindset with problem-solving ability
- Process-oriented, organized, and capable of building scalable systems

Compensation
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
