Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly competent Projects Engineer / Engineering Manager to take full charge of planning, directing, controlling, and monitoring multiple real estate development sites.

- This is a leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, execution capability, regulatory understanding, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal management. The ideal candidate must demonstrate command over site operations, quality control, compliance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Acquisition & Technical Due Diligence

- Inspect project sites prior to land acquisition.
- Coordinate pre-survey activities including detailed land surveys and contour studies.
- Provide technical inputs and feasibility assessments to management.

Planning & Regulatory Compliance

- Examine architectural and structural plans to ensure compliance with applicable bye-laws, development control regulations, and building codes.
- Coordinate with architects and consultants for modifications, clarifications, and approvals.
- Ensure all designs and site activities remain in conformity with statutory requirements.

Execution & Site Control

- Lead execution planning in coordination with architects and the engineering team.
- Maintain complete control over planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of multiple sites.
- Ensure work progresses as per timelines and company standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to maintain project momentum.

Material & Quality Management

- Oversee material procurement in coordination with management.
- Ensure quality control standards are strictly maintained across all stages of construction.
- Monitor workmanship, site safety, and compliance with technical specifications.





Government & Departmental Coordination

- Visit and coordinate with relevant government departments for clarifications, submissions, or technical discussions as required.
- Support approval processes through technical documentation and follow-ups.

Documentation & Record Management

- Organise, maintain, and update all site records, drawings, approvals, progress reports, and technical data.
- Ensure proper documentation for audit, compliance, and management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E. / Engineering Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.

- High sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a contracting firm and should have handled at least 2 to 3 high rise buildings.

- Exposure to operations, coordination, administration, or project management roles will be preferred.
