Job Description – Excavator & Loader Technician / Service Engineer

Position: Excavator & Loader Technician / Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Excavators, Loaders, and other heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Handle mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related troubleshooting.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites.
- Attend service calls and ensure timely machine repair and minimum downtime.
- Perform machine inspection, troubleshooting, and service reporting.
- Coordinate with customers and the service team for machine maintenance and technical support.
- Maintain proper service records, job cards, and spare parts requirements.

Experience & Skills:

- 1–5 years of experience in servicing Excavators, Loaders,



JCB or similar heavy earthmoving equipment.
- ITI/Diploma in Diesel/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
- Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, transmission, and engine systems.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.

Key Objective:
Ensure quick breakdown response, quality repairs, preventive maintenance, and maximum machine uptime.
