Assisting with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates.

- Posting job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.




- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Following up with candidates regarding interviews, assignments, feedback, and joining dates.
- Assisting with onboarding and induction of current employees.
- Preparing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Supporting with attendance, leave, and HRMS-related activities.
- Assisting in employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Helping with HR policies, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Conducting basic market research and talent mapping for ongoing hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
