Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries
- Handle finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reporting
- Oversee payroll accounting and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Manage vendor payments and receivables follow-up
- Ensure internal controls and process improvements
Qualification:
- Ca Qualifier
- Minimum 2+ years of Industry experience
