Job Summary

We are looking for an HVAC Procurement Engineer to manage procurement of HVAC equipment, materials and project requirements while ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of HVAC materials and equipment for projects.
- Source and coordinate with HVAC vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and track material deliveries.
- Procure items such as AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF/VRV, ducting, piping, valves, insulation and related accessories.
- Coordinate with design, project and site teams for material requirements.
- Ensure procurement is as per approved specifications, makes and BOQs.
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain vendor records,



purchase documentation and procurement trackers.
- Support cost optimization and timely project execution.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant HVAC / MEP procurement experience.
- Good knowledge of HVAC materials and equipment.
- Experience in vendor development, quotation comparison and negotiation.
- Knowledge of BOQ, purchase orders and material tracking.
- Positive Excel and communication skills.
- Candidates from HVAC / MEP project companies preferred.
