We are transforming our Workplace organization from a technical, project-driven model to a product-driven, business-oriented model.
As a Workplace Product Manager, you will own one of our core Workplace products end-to-end, from vision to adoption, and play a key role in delivering high-value services to over 100,000 users across 40+ countries.
This is a unique opportunity to move from a technical or project role into a strategic, visible, and impactful position at the heart of Digital Workplace transformation.
Required Experience: 9-12 years
Your mission
- Own and develop a Workplace product and its service offerings
- Define a clear product vision aligned with business needs
- Structure use cases and build a service catalog that is simple and consumable
- Prioritize and manage a product backlog based on business value
- Drive service adoption across regions and entities
- Continuously improve the product based on feedback and usage
What you will work on
- Designing solutions that address real user needs (office, frontline, mobile…)
- Interacting with senior stakeholders to support decision-making
- Collaborating with Security, Network, Identity and external partners
- Contributing to hardware strategy and vendor discussions
- Driving global services while enabling regional adoption (glocal model)
What we are looking for

- Ability to structure ideas (use cases, roadmap, priorities)
- Interest in data, KPIs and continuous improvement
Bonus (not mandatory)
- Experience with workplace technologies (devices, mobility, virtual desktop…)
- Exposure to vendor management or procurement topics
