Induckt Ventures backs India’s frontier science by investing in deeptech companies built around atoms rather than apps, including nuclear, semiconductors, defence, space, quantum, and biotech. The firm focuses on businesses where the core risk is scientific, timelines are long, and the competitive moat is difficult to replicate. Induckt emphasizes founders with substantial domain experience, clearly identified first buyers, and technologies that cannot be rebuilt quickly by well-funded competitors. The team evaluates opportunities by reading policy documents, modeling procurement paths, and underwriting technical risk directly, with engineers involved in the investment process to ask deeper technical questions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and evaluate early-stage DeepTech startups.
- Conduct technical, market, commercial and financial due diligence.
- Prepare investment notes, financial models and investment committee materials.




- Work directly with founders and support portfolio companies.
- Assist with deal execution, research and investment thesis development.

Who We're Looking For

- B.Tech degree is mandatory.
- Strong technical understanding and genuine interest in DeepTech and hard-science businesses.
- Strong analytical, research and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to understand complex technologies and evaluate their commercial potential.
- Self-starter with solid ownership and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working directly with early-stage founders.
- Ambitious to build a long-term career in venture capital and grow into a Lead Investor over time.

Experience: 0–3 years. Exceptional fresh graduates with strong technical and analytical capabilities may also apply.
