The Qualifications We Seek

- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B collections supporting U.S.-based clients
- Proven experience managing collections for U.S. businesses, with a strong understanding of U.S. billing and invoicing practices
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with brokers and external partners via phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Your Daily Tasks

- Transcribe, create, and send customer invoices accurately and promptly.




- Communicate with brokers via phone and email to ensure accurate payment setup.
- Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate timely collections with brokers.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, collections, and payment history.
- Ensure compliance with documented financial processes and company standards.
