Job Title : SAP Controlling/ COPA/Product Costing

Notice Period : Immediate / 15 days

Experience : 10+ Yrs - Relevant Experience in SAP

Job Description as follows:

- 10+ years of hands-on SAP CO experience, with deep expertise across Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA both Costing-Based and Account-Based), including at least 2–3 full-lifecycle implementations, preferably including S/4HANA.

- Robust configuration and process expertise in Cost Allocation, Assessment/Distribution Cycles, Overhead Management, Standard Costing, Material Ledger, and Actual Costing, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable CO solutions.

- Proven integration knowledge across FI, MM, SD, and PP, ensuring seamless cost flow, revenue recognition,



and financial reporting across the value chain.

- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance, and New GL concepts, along with real-time integration between CO and FI in the S/4HANA environment.

- Working knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for Controlling, embedded analytics, and reporting tools (Report Painter/Writer, CDS-based reporting) to support management and cost reporting needs.

- Experience leading blueprinting workshops, fit-gap analysis, and functional specification design, along with basic ABAP debugging skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT), manage cutover activities, and mentor junior consultants or lead project tracks independently.

- SAP CO/FICO Certification is a plus, with added advantage for experience in Group Reporting, BPC, or SAC Planning, and prior experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
