We are hiring an energetic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. If you have 6–10 years of solid US staffing experience and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to connect with you!

Role Details:

- Role: US IT Recruiter
- Experience: 6–10 Years
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (In-Office)
- Shift Hours: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment life cycles for direct clients.
- Source, screen, and line up potential candidates using job portals, networking sites, and advanced Boolean search strings.
- Handle requirements across various technical domains and engagement types (Contract, C2H, Full-Time).




- Work extensively with US tax terms and visa categories (W2, 1099, C2C), including recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
- Negotiate pay rates and relocation terms, coordinate client interviews, and collaborate with Account Managers to close positions.

What We’re Looking For:

- 6–10 years of hands-on US IT staffing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong background in Direct Client and VMS recruiting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to drive high-volume, "just-in-time" recruitment independently.
