Role Description This part-time Sales Intern role is an on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and presenting Brightr’s event and branding solutions.

Daily tasks include assisting with client meetings, preparing sales materials and proposals, maintaining customer records, and following up on leads. The intern will help address customer queries, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery,



and participate in training sessions to learn sales techniques and product knowledge. The role offers exposure to the events and branding sector and practical experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Interest in Sales with the ability to support Sales Management activities and learn structured sales processes.
- Willingness to participate in Training and continuously improve sales and product knowledge.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing presentations, reports, and client documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for the events, branding, or manufacturing industry and openness to learning from feedback.
