Role Description The Senior Branch Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The individual in this role will oversee daily branch operations, including planning and monitoring farm activities, managing staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to operational standards and safety practices. Responsibilities include supervising inventory and procurement, coordinating with vendors and customers, and tracking financial performance such as budgets, expenses, and revenue targets. The Senior Branch Manager will also handle reporting, support compliance with local regulations,



and work with leadership to improve processes and drive branch growth. This role involves regular interaction with team members, suppliers, and local partners to maintain smooth and efficient branch operations.
Qualifications

- Strong branch or operations management skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with basic financial oversight such as budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Ability to manage inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff, suppliers, and customers.
