Role Description The Real Estate Industrial Land and Warehouse (L&W;) Specialist role is a full-time position in a consultant and brokerage capacity.

The role is hybrid, based in Ahmedabad.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and mapping suitable Industrial land and Warehouse properties for the Client requirement, Conducting site visits, and preparing property assessments/proposals for clients.

The specialist will manage client inquiries, provide professional advisory on leasing and acquisition options, negotiate terms between property owners and tenants, and support transaction closure.

The role also involves maintaining a current database of industrial and warehouse inventory, tracking market trends, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a high standard of client service throughout the engagement.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, particularly in industrial land and warehouse segments.
- Candidates should possess Real Estate Development and Sales skills to source opportunities, advise clients, and support deal execution with 2 to 3 year of experience in this field.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, respond to queries, and deliver professional support.
- Relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate consulting or brokerage is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic office software, CRM-property listing tools, command in the English language, maintaining structured documentation and Email communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and travel locally for site visits as required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred, along with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
