Position: RF Design Engineer – System-Level Validation & Troubleshooting

Main job Location: Hyderabad

Working Mode: Fulltime

Timings: 09:00 AM –6:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Package: Negotiable

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E/B.Tech in ECE, Electrical, or relevant degree

• M.E/M.Tech in RF/Microwave/Communication Systems preferred.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in RF system design, validation, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

• Solid knowledge of RF fundamentals, wireless architecture, and signal behavior, Smith charts

• Proficiency with lab tools: Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Signal Generator, Power Meter, etc.

• Ability to analyze test data and correlate with functional specs and field conditions.

• Experience in technical documentation and qualification workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Familiarity with MIL-STD, JSS 55555, EMI/EMC standards is a plus.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in radar, electronic warfare, or wireless communication systems.

• Knowledge of RF cabling, shielding, and EMI mitigation best practices.

To lead end-to-end RF system design validation and troubleshooting for cutting-edge

wireless and defense solutions. This role is perfect for experienced RF engineers ready to take

ownership of complete RF subsystems — from lab setup to field deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and validate RF system-level specifications aligned with project goals.

• Lead testing, debugging, and validation of integrated RF subsystems.

• Develop and execute test plans, validation procedures, and technical protocols.

• Perform root cause analysis on RF signal issues and performance deviations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and compliance testing.

• Create detailed technical documentation: test logs, integration manuals, design reviews, and

compliance reports.

• Support field trials and optimize system performance under real-world conditions.

• Mentor junior engineers and review system setups for standard compliance.

Minimum Service Agreement (bond): 24 Months Service .
