Role Description The Accountant at 7 Seas - Furniture Manufacturing will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices, overseeing payroll entries, and ensuring accurate recording of inventory and production-related costs. The role also involves preparing tax-related documentation, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.



This is a full-time, in office position based in Jodhpur, requiring close collaboration with management and operations teams to support informed financial decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in general accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency with accounting software Tally premium and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of GST & TDS taxation, compliance requirements, and relevant accounting standards.
- Ability to manage budgeting, cost control, and inventory or manufacturing cost tracking.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in Tally software.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or furniture industry accounting is preffered.
