About us

Zvani AI builds voice AI agents that handle real phone conversations — inbound support, outbound outreach, qualification, follow-ups — for businesses that still run on calls. We're a small, fast-moving team shipping production systems with a real telephony core, not a demo wrapper. Our customers hear the difference on every call.

The role

You'll be one of the first commercial hires. That means you're not inheriting a playbook — you're writing it. You'll talk to prospects, figure out what actually makes them buy, and build the motion that scales.

What you'll do

- Own outbound prospecting: build target lists, run outreach sequences, book and run discovery calls
- Take demos end-to-end and support deals through to close
- Write and ship marketing content — LinkedIn posts, case studies, landing page copy, email campaigns
- Run and report on campaigns; tell us what's working and kill what isn't
- Sit close to the product team and bring customer signal back into the roadmap

What we're looking for

- 2–3 years in B2B sales, growth,



or marketing (SaaS or tech preferred)
- Robust written and spoken English; Hindi/Marathi a plus for the Indian market
- Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing "no" — often
- Curious about AI. You don't need a technical background, but you should want to understand what you're selling
- Self-directed. Remote works here because we hire people who don't need chasing
