What You'll Own

● Full P&L; accountability for Azah — revenue, margins, and cost structure

● Channel strategy and execution across marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho), Q-commerce, and D2C

● New product development pipeline in collaboration with procurement team

● Influencer and content marketing — building and managing the influencer base without agency dependency

● Brand positioning and go-to-market for new category and SKU launches

● Cataloging, listing quality, and conversion optimization across channels

● Team management across 4/5 direct reports: Channel KAMs, Influencer Marketing Lead, D2C Lead, Cataloging and Communication Lead,

What We're Looking For

Experience

● 5–8 years of experience in D2C / consumer brands / e-commerce

● Prior experience running or closely owning a P&L;

● Tier 1 institute background

Skills

● Genuinely generalist — comfortable context-switching between revenue operations, product decisions, and brand marketing within the same week

● Strong commercial instinct: can read a P&L;, identify margin leakage, and course-correct quick

● Marketplace-native: understands Amazon and Q-commerce mechanics deeply (performance ads, SOV, availability, rankings etc)

● Data-driven operator: sets targets, tracks cohorts, and doesn't manage by gut alone
