Key Responsibilities:
- Handle placement of GMC/GHI, GPA & GTL policies
- Manage RFQs, quotations and insurer negotiations
- Prepare comparative statements / QCRs
- Negotiate pricing, coverage and terms with insurers
- Coordinate with insurers, Sales and Client Servicing teams
- Manage fresh business and renewal placements
- Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in Employee Benefits placement
- Good understanding of the insurance market and insurer products
- Strong insurer relationships and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
