Purpose of the role: To provide strategic leadership, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and overall management of education initiatives to ensure impactful and sustainable outcomes. To drive program quality, stakeholder engagement, government and partner collaboration, resource optimization, compliance, reporting, and team capacity building, while ensuring that education projects effectively contribute to organizational objectives and community development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and drive a long-term vision for the organization's education portfolio, translating strategic priorities into annual business plans with clearly defined KPIs, targets, budgets, and implementation roadmaps to maximize educational impact and sustainability.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of education programmes, ensuring activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with approved project plans, quality standards, and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate timely preparation and approval of project proposals, board notes, MoUs, and funding requests,



ensuring all administrative and governance requirements are met for seamless project execution.
- Design and institutionalize robust monitoring frameworks to track project performance, financial utilization, and programme quality, while driving regular reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate coordination and collaboration with Govt Education department to enable smooth implementation of the projects which are for Govt school system.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with knowledge institutions, experts, and learning organizations to strengthen programme design, drive innovation, and build the capabilities of staff, educators, and implementation partner.
- Support resource mobilization efforts and manage donor-funded projects by ensuring effective programme planning, optimal fund utilization, compliance with funding requirements, and timely reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing education team while fostering collaboration across organizational functions to enhance programme integration, operational excellence, and overall social impact.
- Foster and represent the organization’s thought leadership narrative on the significance, scope and future of education for marginalized communities on internal and external platforms.

Work Experience: More than 10 years of work experience

Minimum Qualification: Full Time Post Graduation in any discipline. Preference will be given to qualifications in education and related fields.
