Role Description The Pre-Sales Intern – Remote role is a part-time position focused on supporting prospective learners and partner institutions through the early stages of the sales cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with leads via calls, messages, and emails, providing information on courses and counselling services, and answering basic queries about exam prep and admissions offerings. The intern will assist in qualifying leads, scheduling demos or counselling sessions,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Additional tasks may involve coordinating with the training and counselling teams, sharing follow-up materials, and contributing to presentations or outreach campaigns. This role is performed entirely remotely, offering adaptable working hours and exposure to global education and EdTech sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to qualify leads, support conversion efforts, and manage basic funnel activities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to understand and explain program offerings and learning pathways.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment, including use of CRM tools and online communication platforms.
- Interest in international education, EdTech, or test preparation; prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; business, communications, or education-related fields are preferred but not required.
