Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Moveworks AI Engineer to build and support enterprise AI-powered automation solutions. This role is approximately 80% development and 20% platform administration, focused on creating AI assistants, integrations, and automated workflows that improve employee self-service and productivity. In this role, you'll work closely with IT, HR, ServiceNow, and business teams to design and deliver AI-driven solutions that automate common employee requests and business processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: -Building and enhancing Moveworks AI agents, plugins, and conversational workflows -Developing integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication frameworks -Connecting Moveworks to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Teams, Nexthink, Snowflake, and Power BI -Designing and improving employee self-service experiences for IT, HR, and business users -Translating business requirements into scalable automation solutions -Testing, deploying, and supporting recent AI capabilities in production -Troubleshooting API, workflow, and integration issues -Monitoring platform performance and identifying opportunities for automation improvements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
