Job Title: Experienced Continental Chef

We are looking for an experienced and creative Continental Chef who can understand our required taste profile and consistently deliver dishes exactly according to our specifications.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop and maintain our desired taste, create new recipes, and bring innovative ideas to the menu while maintaining consistency and quality.

Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality Continental dishes with consistent taste and presentation.
- Understand our preferred flavours and replicate the required taste accurately.
- Develop new and innovative recipes according to our requirements.
- Modify existing recipes based on feedback and customer preferences.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
- Manage ingredients, portion sizes, and food wastage efficiently.
- Take ownership of the kitchen section and maintain consistency during busy hours.




- Work creatively while following the restaurant's recipes and standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Continental Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine, cooking techniques, sauces, and plating.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes.
- Must be able to understand instructions and build the exact taste we require.
- Good knowledge of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Team player with good communication skills.

Salary & Perks

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and ability.

Important: Salary will be decided based on the candidate's practical skills, experience, creativity, and ability to consistently achieve our required taste and quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹54,899.12 per month
