- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management processes and logistics workflows.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP TM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the SAP TM environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP TM and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing system performance and implementing improvements to optimize operations.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.

- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
