- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities related to complex software environments.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve system issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Epic Systems.

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
