- Handle end-to-end recruitment for 4–5 hotels/restaurants/properties.
- Manage high-volume hiring for F&B;, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Management positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment networks, institutes, and references.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and selection.
- Maintain a strong database and pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Coordinate with HODs and Property Managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and minimize manpower shortages across properties.
- Prepare and share job descriptions, hiring posts, and candidate requirements.
- Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Track recruitment status, joining dates, replacements, and employee turnover.
- Prepare regular recruitment MIS and manpower reports for management.
- Build robust relationships with candidates, hotel management institutes, and recruitment sources.
- 4–6 years of HR/Recruitment experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
