Krishna Hospitals is looking for a qualified and experienced Nephrologist to join our growing multispeciality hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with kidney and renal-related disorders and working closely with other specialties for integrated patient management.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases.
- Manage patients with CKD, AKI, nephrotic syndrome, glomerular diseases, electrolyte disorders and hypertension.
- Provide consultation for inpatient, outpatient and emergency patients.
- Manage patients requiring hemodialysis and renal replacement therapy.
- Supervise and coordinate dialysis-related patient care.
- Manage critically ill patients with renal complications in ICU.
- Perform/assist in nephrology procedures as per qualification and hospital privileges.
- Evaluate patients for dialysis initiation and long-term renal replacement therapy.
- Coordinate care of patients requiring vascular access, renal biopsy and other nephrology procedures where applicable.
- Work collaboratively with Urology, Neurology, Cardiology,



General Medicine, Critical Care and other departments.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation, treatment plans and discharge summaries.
- Participate in hospital clinical meetings, quality initiatives and patient-safety programs.
- Counsel patients and their families regarding disease management, dialysis, transplantation and lifestyle modifications.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices and applicable regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

Qualification:

- MD/DNB in General Medicine/Internal Medicine
- DM/DNB/DrNB in Nephrology or equivalent recognized qualification

Preferred:

- Experience in managing dialysis and critically ill renal patients.
- Experience in a multispeciality hospital environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based patient care.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
