Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the snooker facility, ensuring excellent member experience, table and equipment maintenance, bookings, tournament coordination, and adherence to club standards. The role involves member interaction, event coordination, equipment management, facility upkeep, and collaboration with various club departments to deliver a professional and engaging snooker experience.

Job Title: Snooker Attendant / Snooker Executive

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Snooker & Billiards area.
- Welcome club members and guests and provide professional assistance throughout their visit.
- Manage table bookings, player schedules, and session timings.
- Ensure snooker tables, cues, balls, and other equipment are maintained in excellent condition.
- Assist members with game rules, basic playing guidelines, and proper use of equipment.
- Monitor the playing area and ensure adherence to club rules, safety standards, and sports etiquette.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the snooker area.




- Coordinate with the maintenance team for table servicing, equipment repairs, lighting, and other facility requirements.
- Maintain records of bookings, usage, equipment, and member requirements.
- Assist in organizing snooker tournaments, competitions, leagues, and member activities.
- Coordinate tournament fixtures, registrations, scorekeeping, and basic event arrangements.
- Handle member queries and resolve routine concerns professionally, escalating issues when required.
- Monitor and report any equipment damage, loss, or maintenance requirements to the concerned manager.
- Support membership engagement initiatives and create a welcoming experience for club members.
- Ensure skilled grooming, discipline, and adherence to club service standards.
- Coordinate with F&B; and other club departments when required for member events and tournaments.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Club Manager / Sports & Recreation Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
