About the Role

We are looking for a Content Strategist + Writer to build the content engine for a premium Vastu advisory brand.

This is not a typical social media content-writing job. The goal is not to chase views or create generic Vastu tips.

You will be responsible for creating content that attracts HNI property owners, promoters, developers, CXOs, architects, business owners and high-value property decision-makers.

The right person should understand how to turn expertise into content that builds trust and generates high-quality enquiries.

What You Will Do

- Build the overall content strategy across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Research topics related to Vastu, luxury real estate, property buying, commercial properties, developers and promoter families.
- Create strong content ideas, hooks and scripts.
- Develop repeatable content series such as:
- Before You Buy
- ₹10 Crore Mistake
- Site Diagnosis
- No Demolition
- Promoter's Vastu
- Family Property Files
- Vastu Myth vs Reality
- Project Vastu
- Write Instagram Reel scripts.
- Develop YouTube case-study concepts and scripts.
- Write LinkedIn content aimed at promoters, CXOs and business owners.
- Work closely with the Editor to turn ideas into strong visual content.
- Study content performance and improve future topics.
- Convert client cases, testimonials and property projects into content.
- Maintain the monthly content calendar.




- Work with the sales team to understand what type of leads are coming through content.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, writing, social media or digital media.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent understanding of hooks, storytelling and short-form content.
- Ability to simplify complex subjects.
- Ability to write for a premium/HNI audience, not just mass-market social media.
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Ability to think beyond "viral content" and focus on business results and qualified leads.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Comfortable working closely with a founder/expert to extract ideas and knowledge.

Good to Have

- Experience with real estate, luxury brands, finance, consulting, architecture or premium services.
- Experience building a personal brand.
- Experience creating YouTube case studies.
- Basic understanding of Vastu/astrology is a plus, but not mandatory.

- YouTube/Instagram/LinkedIn performance

Important

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to post 4–5 Reels every week.

We want someone who can understand the business, understand the customer and build a content system around it.
