A. Patient Care:
- Renders direct nursing care to the sick patient as assigned by the incharge.
- Ensure comfort of the patient.
- Educates the patient according to the need.
- Helps the ambulatory patients according to their need.
- Maintain treatment, records, medicines, injections etc.
- Maintain nurse’s report.
- Gives report to the ward sister regarding patients
- Maintain admission, discharge, and death registration.
- Responsible for housekeeping of the ward.
- Administers all the drugs according to standing order of the
- Ensure sending of laboratory specimens for investigations.
- Takes proper care of patients’ personal belongings.
- Renders pre and post-operative care.
- Takes rounds with doctors and reports the patients’ condition.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
