Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage a portfolio of existing clients (doctors, pharmacies, distributors, hospitals) and generate repeat business
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into long-term accounts.
- Handle high-value/key accounts and negotiate pricing, bulk orders, and credit terms within company guidelines
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM, and generate sales reports/MIS for management review
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them effectively to maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely collections
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and recent product launches to strategize sales approach

Required Skills:





- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in a telesales environment
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills
- Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical products, terminology, and industry regulations
- Ability to handle key accounts and high-pressure sales situations independently
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting
