Job Responsibilities

- Counsel customers regarding frames, lenses, and other optical products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable optical solutions.
- Explain lens options, coatings, pricing, and product benefits.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase process and ensure excellent service.
- Coordinate with the optometrist and optical sales team.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer records and follow up as required.
- Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Fresher to 1 year of experience in the optical industry.
- Candidates with an optical background will be preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of optical products, lenses, and frames.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
